Sure, but there will be an extra charge for making the sample. After you confirm to do the production, we will return 50% of sample fee to you.

If you decide to place an order through email, please provide all the necessary information, such as style, fabric color, logo size, printing, size assortment and etc. We recommend our clients to place an order at our office, so that we can communicate directly and efficiently.

Sure, but we will adjust the price depending on the quantity of color combination.

Time of production after confirming all necessary information are below:

T-shirt and Polo-shirt: 14-21 days

Jacket and Sweater: 21-30 days

(Bulk delivery to HK is set on every Monday)

Sample days: 7-10 days

Urgent order: 3-13 days (which depends on the date of delivery and time taken to confirm all necessary information. the unit price will be negotiated by individual cases)

It depends on time of production and ordering quantity. Generally, we provide discount to students,  religious groups and Non-profit Organizations.

We will receive 50% deposit of the total amount after confirming the order. The remaining balance will be closed on pickup. We provide different payment methods: by cash, cheque, bank transfer and FPS (Faster Payment System).

We accept both manuscripts and computer drafts, such as AI, JPG file and Photoshop (minimum resolution of 300 dpi).

Sure, but there will be an extra charge on the fee of silk screen printing for each shirt.

Generally, we suggest using the same logo size for all clothes in one order. If not, there will be an extra charge for stencil, hence each of the clothing will be more expensive.

You can amend the logo before we have produced the silk screen. If the silk screen is already produced, we will charge a stencil fee for the ammendment.

We do not provide the service for design, but we can help in advancing the logo, fixing the resolution or amend the logo slightly after we receive your deposit.

Our company has strict inspection before shipment, so cases of decolorization are unlikely. We will check our printing according to the industry standard. 

Normally, 100% cotton fabric will shrink in the wash. However, we conduct strict testing for our fabrics. The shrinkage will only happen slightly.

For some dark color clothing, there may be condition of color floating slightly. Floating of color is not equivalent to decolorization. Normally, when washing at room temperature, the pigment will not dip into other fabrics. Please avoid washing dark color shirt with light color shirt.

Yes, but we will charge the sample fee and deduct 70% deposit from the order.

If there are any problems after pick up, please contact our company and return the products within 5 days of pickup. We will check your ordering details and take reasonable action.

Yes, but please notice us when placing the order. There will be an extra charge if exclude sleeve label, side label or main label (extra unit price of $2 for each label.).

Yes, but there will be a deposit on the sample, after you return the sample to us, we will return you the deposit with no extra charges. Please contact us in advance if you want to borrow the sample.

Not always, it will depend on the quantity of the repeat order and the current price list of our products.

Normally, we do not keep the silk screen. If you require to keep the silk screen, please notice us when you place the order. The maximum date of silk screen storage in our factory is 30 days after pickup and we will charge $200/ screen for the deposit.
